Booth Setup Basics
Your booth is your storefront for the weekend. A clean, inviting display encourages visitors to stop, browse, and start conversations.
Think Vertically
Use shelves, risers, and banner stands to draw attention upward. Customers scanning a busy aisle notice booths that break the horizontal line first.
Keep It Organized
Group similar items together. Leave enough room for customers to browse comfortably without bumping into each other or your display.
Make Pricing Easy
Clearly label prices. Customers are much more likely to ask questions after they've already seen a price than to interrupt you to ask what something costs.
Lighting
If permitted, use soft LED lighting to make products stand out. Avoid harsh glare that washes out colors or bounces off packaging.
Customer Flow
Keep the front of your booth open. Avoid creating barriers between you and customers. Smile. Stand when practical. Welcome people without being pushy.
