All vendors must be completely set up and ready for business by 4:00 PM, when the doors open to the public. Please give yourself plenty of time to unload, move your merchandise to your booth, park your vehicle and complete your setup.
Arrival, Unloading & Parking
Step 1 — Unload at the front of Dow Diamond
When you arrive, vendors may pull into the front circle/drop-off area at Dow Diamond to unload booth materials, merchandise and equipment.
Vendors may also temporarily use the front parking area while unloading, if space is available. The front area is intended primarily for unloading and temporary parking.
Please unload your vehicle as efficiently as possible so other vendors can access the unloading area.
Step 2 — Move your vehicle to Vendor Parking
Once you have unloaded, please move your vehicle to the designated Vendor Parking Lot located behind Dow Diamond.
Vendor Parking is reached by continuing around the outside of Dow Diamond to the rear parking area shown on the Vendor Parking Map.
Step 3 — Bring your items to your booth
There are two elevators available for transporting merchandise and equipment to the upper level. Stair access is also available.

When You Arrive
- Arrive at Dow Diamond between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM Friday.
- Pull into the front circle/drop-off area or front parking area.
- Unload your merchandise, tables and booth materials.
- Move your vehicle around Dow Diamond to the designated Vendor Parking Lot behind the stadium.
- Use the elevators or stairs to transport your materials to your booth.
- Complete your booth setup and be ready for business by 4:00 PM.
Bring Your Own Tables
C2PC does NOT provide vendor tables.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, displays, shelving and other equipment needed for their booths.
Chairs will be available.
Please double-check your equipment before leaving home. A beautiful booth is considerably harder to build when the table is still sitting in the garage.
Leave Your Booth Set Up Overnight
Dow Diamond is an enclosed facility. Vendors do not need to tear down their booths each evening.
Vendor booths, merchandise and displays may remain set up overnight. The facility will be secured and locked after hours, and security will be present.
As with any public event, vendors are responsible for deciding what merchandise or valuables they are comfortable leaving overnight.
