You Get a Booth

You Sell & Fundraise

  • Sell pre-packaged food, baked goods, or snacks
  • Keep 100% of your profits
  • Simple, low-overhead fundraising

You Provide Volunteers

  • Provide volunteers for ONE day of the expo
  • Help with entry, scanning, general support
  • Be part of making the event happen

October 30 – November 1, 2026

  • Friday: 4 PM – 8 PM
  • Saturday: 10 AM – 6 PM
  • Sunday: 12 PM – 5 PM

Important Notes

  • Limited to approximately 6 non-profit booths
  • Must be a registered non-profit organization
  • Food must be pre-packaged or approved items
  • Setup will be upstairs in the Fandom Lounge
  • Groups must commit to volunteer coverage
