Collect Emails or Socials

A convention may last only a weekend, but the relationships you build can last for years. Every person who buys from you is a potential repeat customer. Don't let the connection end when they walk away from your booth.

Stay Connected

Most attendees won't remember every vendor they purchased from.

Help them remember you by giving them an easy way to stay connected.

Encourage customers to:

  • Follow you on Facebook
  • Follow you on Instagram
  • Follow you on TikTok
  • Subscribe to your email list
  • Join your newsletter

That way, they'll know about your new products, future convention appearances, and special promotions.

Make It Easy

Don't expect customers to type in your information.

Display a QR code that links directly to:

  • Your website
  • Your Linktree
  • Your Facebook page
  • Your Instagram profile
  • Your email signup form

One quick scan is much easier than asking someone to remember your business name later.
