A great booth deserves great promotion. Use this checklist to attract more visitors, create a memorable experience, and turn casual shoppers into loyal customers.

Before the Show Opens

Display your business banner.
Make your booth number easy to find.
Place your hook item where it is visible from the aisle.
Make sure all products are clearly priced.
Display business cards.
Display a QR code linking to your website or social media.
Straighten and organize your displays.

During the Show

Greet customers with a smile.
Start conversations instead of using a sales pitch.
Invite people to browse.
Demonstrate products when possible.
Highlight convention specials or bundle deals.
Encourage customers to follow you on social media.
Collect email addresses if appropriate.
Restock displays as items sell.
Keep your booth neat and uncluttered.

Every Few Hours

Walk 20 feet away and look at your booth from a customer's perspective.
Straighten products.
Replace empty spaces.
Refresh promotional signs if needed.
Remove trash or empty boxes.
Check lighting and electronics.

Before Closing Each Day

Count inventory if needed.
Restock for tomorrow.
Charge payment devices.
Charge phones and tablets.
Make notes about what sold well.
Post a social media update from the day.
